The basics of using Baby Stats, from the app license to your private journal.

Updated September 8, 2026 · MPS Holdings LLC

App license

Baby Stats is provided by MPS Holdings LLC. Use of the iPhone app is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This page explains product details and does not replace that agreement.

Our privacy policy explains how the app, this website and support correspondence handle information.

A journal, not medical guidance

Baby Stats helps you record and review care information. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, medication dosage advice or a medically prescribed feeding schedule. Ask a qualified healthcare professional about your baby’s health and care needs.

Reminders follow the interval you choose. They are optional timing aids and can be delayed or suppressed by device settings. Do not rely on the app for emergency or critical medical alerts.

The information you enter and share

You choose what to record and whom to invite. Invited caregivers have read/write access and can change or delete journal entries. Check your entries and share invitations only with the people you intend to include.

Exports create separate files under your control. Entry deletion does not automatically remove those files, join backups or all retained records. See our retention explanation.

Devices, iCloud and availability

Baby Stats requires iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Private sharing uses Apple’s iCloud services and each caregiver’s Apple Account. Local saving can work offline; sharing and synchronization depend on connectivity and Apple’s services.

Widgets, Live Activities and notifications depend on iOS permissions and scheduling. They reflect the latest information received by that device.
